COMPANY HISTORY: At Warner Companies, we take pride in being a family-owned firm representing three generations in the building industry. Claude S. Warner was one of Lexington's finest and most sought after carpenters during the 1930's, 40's and 50's. He set the tone for the business with a fine eye for detail and a deep respect for quality. The years were good to Claude and his craftsmanship drew high demand. In 1956, after serving in the Air Force, C.W.Warner recruited his father and together they began building homes in the Lexington area . The father/son tradition continued when C.W.'s son, Mike, joined his father after graduation from the University of Kentucky in 1977. Mike followed his father's footsteps from the ground up to the sky as he also served in the Air Force and was an F-4 pilot.
