Patrick Kollar, President, has
resided in Volusia County for over 40 years. He received the coveted

Breakaway Trails, Tomoka Oaks, Ponce Inlet and along the
Intracoastal Waterway. Mr. Kollar started his career building homes
for Red Carpet more than 30 years ago.
