Many of my buyers are commuters that will be
living in Pennsylvania but working in New York
and New Jersey. The whole idea of lower
taxes, better schools for our children and the
lower cost of living in the Poconos has driven
people here in record numbers over the past 10

Delaware Water Gap Bridge, making his or her
commute that much faster and easier. Truth

bridge are all but non existent. If by chance you

The new Rail System which is under
construction will allow commuters to get a train
in the Poconos to go through New Jersey and into
New York City. This is expected to be up and
running by the year 2012. With this
eventuality even the nice building lots 10 to 15
minutes from the bridge are going faster and for
more money than any time in recent years.
