We currently have properties in equestrian zones as well as
properties which back up to the National Forest. We are also happy to
build on your lot.

compromised at all. J&M Customs Homes builds to a higher-than-industry-standard, with designs
and features carefully developed over years by Michael Howard and his
team. Our standards are the options for which other builders
charge extra, with special emphasis placed on energy-efficiency. Not

We have the manpower to oversee all on-site construction throughout each
stage of the building process to ensure that our high quality standards
are met consistently. We carefully manage every aspect of the building
process. The work of each trade partner is proactively monitored, and
authorization for payments is provided in a timely fashion. We build our
homes in 90 to 120 days and have never missed a closing date.
