The Certified Master Builder  Program is a credible, optional program for homebuilders. The program, established by the"Home Builders Association of Maryland", a Maryland chapter of the National Association of Home Builders, establishes measurable criteria and monitoring of participating builders and works to improve the professionalism, business management practices, product quality and record of customer service of its members. The program povides to the home buying consumer a resource for identifying qualified builders  and has been established to create and maintain a higher degree of excellence in the Building Industry.
